Commercial junk removal →Tenant turnovers, eviction leave-behinds and make-ready clearances across Hemet, San Jacinto and the San Jacinto Valley. Units cleared and swept the same day, photographed on completion, and invoiced monthly rather than one card payment at a time.

A vacant unit costs money every day it stays vacant, and the clearout is usually the first thing that has to happen before anything else can be scheduled. Painters will not start around a pile of somebody's furniture, and a carpet fitter certainly will not.
So this work is judged on turnaround, not on price alone. Hemet Haul Pros clears units to make-ready standard (everything out, floors swept, ready for the trades) and sends photographs the same afternoon so the next job on the make-ready can be booked without anyone driving out to check.
Per-unit pricing agreed in advance means a turnover can be approved without a fresh quote every time. Call (951) 555-0142 to set up an account.
Most turnovers are the same shape: furniture the tenant did not take, a mattress, whatever is left in the closets, and something in the garage or the patio nobody wanted to deal with.
What it is not is a cleaning service. We clear and broom the unit; if it needs cleaning to a professional standard afterwards, that is a separate trade and we will say so rather than half-doing it.
California sets specific requirements around notice and the handling of a former tenant's personal property after a tenancy ends. Meeting those is the landlord's or the manager's responsibility, and it has to be settled before anything is disposed of.
We are a hauling contractor, not your legal advisor, and we will not tell you that a unit is clear to empty. What we will do is turn up on the date you tell us you are clear to proceed, and document what was removed so your file has a record of it.
In practice this rarely slows anything down, because managers running turnovers already know the process. It matters most on evictions and on units where a tenant has simply stopped appearing, which is exactly where the temptation to skip a step is strongest.
Built so a manager never has to be on site for the clearout itself.
Unit number, gate or lockbox code, and the day you need it clear. With per-unit pricing already agreed there is no quoting step, so booking takes one message.
Lockbox, key safe or a code. Nobody from your office has to meet the truck, which is the difference between this being a two-minute task and half a morning.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, closets, garage and patio. Mattresses go to a certified recycler and sealed appliances to a recycler that recovers the refrigerant, both of which matter if anyone ever audits the disposal.
Floors broomed and the unit left ready for paint and flooring, so the next trade can start the next morning rather than waiting on a second visit.
Photographs of every cleared room, sent the same day and attached to the invoice. Sign the make-ready off from your desk.
Call us or send a message — we will give you a straight answer, whether or not it leads to a booking.
Call NowYes, and that is how most of this work runs. Give us a lockbox code or key safe details and the date, and we clear the unit, sweep it and send photographs the same afternoon. Nobody has to meet the truck.
Most single units are cleared in a half day, and accounts with standing schedules usually get a next-day slot. If you have a re-let date, tell us and we will book backwards from it rather than from when you called.
Yes. We set rates against your typical unit types once, so a turnover can be approved and booked without a fresh quote each time. Unusually heavy jobs, such as a hoarding situation or a unit with a garage full of building material, are flagged and re-quoted before we load rather than after.
California has specific requirements about notice and the handling of personal property left after a tenancy ends, and meeting them is the landlord's or manager's responsibility. We work to the date you tell us you are clear to dispose, and document what was removed for your file.
Both. Common areas, shared laundry rooms, dumpster enclosures that have become dumping grounds, and grounds waste on single-family rentals are all normal additions. It is usually cheaper to fold them into a scheduled turnover than to book them separately.
Yes. Approved accounts get a single net 30 statement at month end covering every unit and property, itemised by address, rather than a separate payment per visit.
We cover Hemet, San Jacinto and the surrounding valley, out to Temecula, Moreno Valley and the Pass. If your community is not listed, it is still worth asking.

Commercial junk removal →Bought by an agent or trustee against a hard escrow date — the deadline, not the volume, sets the price and the schedule.
Real Estate & Escrow →Bought mid-project by a GC or superintendent who needs the site clear before the next trade arrives, often at a day's notice.
Contractors & Jobsites →Per-unit pricing, lockbox access, same-day photographs and one monthly invoice. Call (951) 555-0142 to set up an account for your portfolio.
