The agreement between us
These terms apply when you use the website at junkremovalhemetpro.com and when you book Hemet Haul Pros LLC ("we," "us," "our") to remove, haul or dispose of anything. Booking a pickup means you accept them.
If we give you a separate written agreement for a particular job — a commercial account, a scheduled contract, a multi-day cleanout — that document governs where it differs from this page. Otherwise, this is the whole agreement between us.
What we do
We are a junk removal and hauling business. We carry items out from wherever they sit, load them onto our truck, and take them to a donation center, a recycler or a permitted disposal facility. Labor, transport and disposal are included in the price we quote.
We are not a licensed contractor, a demolition firm, a hazardous waste contractor, a moving company or a cleaning service. Where a job needs one of those — asbestos abatement, a permitted demolition, biohazard remediation — we will tell you and you will need a specialist.
Quotes and pricing
Our pricing is based on volume — how much space your items take up in the truck — not on a per-item charge or on weight. Prices published on this website, including the load ranges on our pricing page, are typical ranges for planning purposes. They are not a quote for your job.
A quote given over the phone, by text or from a photograph is an estimate based on what we can see and what you have described. The binding number is the one we confirm on site, in front of the load, before we touch anything. Once you accept that number it does not change for that work.
When the price can change: only if the job changes. If you add items, if something is heavier or larger than it appeared, or if access turns out to be materially different from what was described, we stop and give you a revised number before doing the extra work. You are free to decline it.
Booking and arrival
We work in arrival windows rather than to-the-minute appointments, because the job before yours can run long. We aim to call ahead before we arrive. Same-day service is offered where the schedule allows — typically when you call before noon — but it is never guaranteed until we have confirmed it with you.
Traffic, weather, equipment failure and a job that overruns can all delay us. If we are going to miss your window we will tell you rather than leave you waiting, and we will offer you the next available slot.
Changing or cancelling a pickup
We do not take deposits, so there is nothing to lose by changing your mind. Cancel or reschedule at any time before the crew arrives and you owe us nothing — a call or text as early as you can manage is all we ask, so the slot can go to someone else.
If the crew has already traveled to the property and the job is then called off, or nobody is there to give access, we may charge a trip fee for the visit. We will tell you the amount before we leave, and we will not charge one where the reason is something we got wrong.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we have agreed something different in writing before the job starts. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when you book. We do not ask for card details through this website, and we will never ask you to send payment to an account by text before work has been done.
Removal is permanent — check before we load
Once your items leave the property they are donated, recycled or disposed of, usually the same day. They are mixed with other loads and cannot be traced, retrieved or returned. There is no holding period and no way to change your mind afterwards.
Before we start, please go through anything you are unsure about, and empty drawers, pockets, filing cabinets, safes, freezers and vehicles. Cash, jewelry, documents, passports, hard drives, medication and keepsakes turn up inside furniture far more often than people expect.
We are not responsible for items removed at your direction, including anything of value left inside something you asked us to take. If you are not certain about a piece, keep it back — we would far rather make a second trip.
What we cannot take
Some materials are restricted by law and cannot go on our truck at any price. We will leave them and tell you where they can go. These include:
- Paint, solvents, motor oil, antifreeze, fuel and automotive chemicals
- Pesticides, fertilizers and pool chemicals
- Propane tanks, compressed gas cylinders and explosives
- Asbestos and materials suspected of containing it
- Medical and biohazardous waste, including sharps
- Contaminated soil, and drums or containers of unidentified liquid
Appliances containing refrigerant, tires, mattresses and electronic waste all have their own handling rules and can carry a disposal surcharge. We will tell you before loading if one applies.
We may also decline anything we judge unsafe to move — a structurally unsound load, a hoarding situation with a biohazard present, an unrestrained animal on site, or any condition that puts the crew at risk. If we decline after arriving for a reason you knew about and did not tell us, the trip fee in section 5 may apply.
Donation, recycling and disposal
We sort loads and route what we can to donation and recycling before anything goes to landfill. We describe on this site where loads typically go, and we mean it — but we cannot promise that a particular item will be donated or recycled. Charities refuse items on condition, capacity and their own rules, and facilities change what they accept.
Where an item is donated, the donation is made by us as the hauler. We do not provide valuations, tax receipts or documentation for donated goods, and nothing we say about donation should be treated as tax advice.
Access, and the condition of the property
Removing heavy items from an occupied property carries unavoidable risk. We move carefully, protect what we reasonably can, and take responsibility for damage our crew causes through negligence. To make that workable, you agree to:
- Give us access to the property and somewhere lawful to park the truck
- Tell us in advance about anything we could not be expected to see — a weak floor, a septic line under the driveway, a fresh repair, a low-clearance gate
- Move vehicles, and keep children and pets away from the work area and the truck while we load
- Point out anything fragile that we will be working around
Some marking is normal when large items come through tight spaces, and we are not responsible for damage to surfaces, fixtures or structures that were already deteriorated, or for damage that could not reasonably be avoided while removing an item you asked us to take. Tell us straight away if something is damaged, so we can look at it while the crew is still there.
Rental turnovers, evictions and estate cleanouts
We do a lot of this work, and the legal position matters. If you book us to clear a property that someone else has been living in, you confirm that you are legally entitled to dispose of what is there, and that any notice, storage or waiting period California law requires of a landlord for a former tenant's belongings has already been satisfied.
For estate cleanouts, you confirm you are the executor, administrator or heir, or that you act with their authority. We are not able to judge who is entitled to what inside a family, and we will step back from any job where that is actively in dispute.
Photographs of our work
We sometimes photograph loads and finished spaces for our own records and, occasionally, for this website. We do not photograph people, and we do not publish anything that identifies a property or an address. Tell us before we start if you would rather we took no photographs at all, and we will not.
Using this website
You may use this site to read about what we do, see where we work, and get in touch. You agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or fraudulent information through a form on it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it

- Interfere with its operation or with anyone else's use of it
Our content
The text, photographs, graphics, logo and code on this website belong to Hemet Haul Pros LLC or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read it, print it and link to it. You may not republish, resell or pass it off as your own, and you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
The website is provided as is
We keep this site accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and — to the fullest extent the law allows — we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement as they apply to the website. This does not limit our responsibility for the hauling work we actually do for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from our services — lost profits, lost opportunity, or the value of an item removed at your direction.
Our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hemet Haul Pros LLC, its owners, employees and contractors against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms — in particular, from a claim by anyone else that items we removed at your direction were not yours to dispose of.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Call the number below within seven days of the job and describe the problem, and we will look at it properly — that is faster and cheaper for both of us than anything formal. We are not trying to use this page to avoid fixing our own mistakes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and we each agree to that venue.
Changes, and the rest of it
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one published on the day you book it; the current version is dated September 20, 2026.
If any clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a clause on one occasion does not waive it. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, and what the content on this site does and does not promise is covered in our Disclaimer.
Questions about this document
If anything here is unclear, ask before you book rather than after. We would rather explain a clause than argue about one.
