What this website is for
Everything on this site is published for general information. We write it carefully and keep it current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, accurate and up to date at the moment you read it.
Nothing here creates an agreement between us. What we agree to do at your property, and for how much, is settled when we quote the job — see our Terms & Conditions.
Prices shown here are ranges, not quotes
The load sizes and price ranges published on this site, including on our pricing page and on our service and city pages, describe what typical jobs cost. They are there so you can budget before you call.
They are not an offer and not a quote for your property. Your price depends on the volume your items actually fill, what they are, and how far they have to be carried. The only binding figure is the one we confirm with you on site, before anything is loaded.
Landfill, recycling and donation details
We name specific facilities on this site — Lamb Canyon and Badlands landfills, county household hazardous waste collection, and donation centers including Angel View, Goodwill and the Salvation Army — along with their addresses, opening hours, gate rates and what they accept. We publish these because they are genuinely useful if you are weighing up doing the job yourself.
All of it belongs to those organizations, not to us. Rates, hours, eligibility and accepted materials change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes seasonally. Before you drive anywhere on the strength of something you read here, call the facility and confirm. We are not responsible for a wasted trip, a refused load or a fee that differs from the figure on this site.
We are not your city, your county or your trash hauler
Hemet Haul Pros LLC is an independent private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the City of Hemet, the City of San Jacinto, the City of Perris, the City of Menifee, Riverside County, or any franchised residential hauler — including CR&R Environmental Services, Waste Management and Republic Services.
Where we describe a municipal program — free bulky-item pickups, their limits, who to call to schedule one — we do so to help you use it, including when it would save you money and you would be better off not hiring us. Those programs are run by the agency or the hauler, entirely on their terms, and they can change them at any time. Confirm the current rules with them before relying on what you read here.
Donation, recycling and where your items end up
We sort loads and route what we can to donation and recycling before anything goes to landfill. That is how we work, and we describe it honestly. It is not a guarantee about any individual item.
Charities decline items on condition, capacity and their own policies; recyclers change what they accept; some loads are mixed enough that sorting them further is not possible. Percentages or outcomes described on this site are general descriptions of our practice, not a warranty that your particular couch will be donated rather than disposed of. We do not provide valuations or tax documentation for donated goods.
Photographs, reviews and examples
Photographs on this site show the kind of work we do. They were taken at particular properties, in particular conditions, and are not a representation that your job will look the same, cost the same or take the same time.
Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not a promise of a particular result, and they should not be read as one.
Availability and same-day service
Where we say same-day or next-day service is available, we mean it is often possible, not that it is guaranteed. Availability depends on the schedule, the crew, the weather and the size of the job. Nothing on this site reserves a slot — a pickup exists once we have confirmed it with you directly.
This is not professional advice
Our service pages, FAQs and city pages are written to be useful, and they touch on subjects where the stakes can be high: code-enforcement notices, eviction and abandoned property, defensible-space clearance obligations, estate administration, tax treatment of donated goods, and hoarding.
None of it is legal, tax, financial, medical or environmental-compliance advice, and reading it does not put you in a professional relationship with us. For a deadline, a notice, a dispute or anything with a legal consequence, talk to a qualified professional — an attorney, a tax adviser, your insurer or the agency that contacted you. Where a hoarding situation involves someone's health or safety, involve the appropriate professional as well; we are movers of things, not clinicians.
Hazardous materials
We are not a hazardous waste contractor. Information on this site about paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, propane, asbestos, refrigerants and medical waste is there to tell you what we cannot take and where those materials are handled. It is not instruction on how to handle, transport or dispose of them yourself. Treat suspected asbestos and unidentified chemicals as a job for a licensed specialist.
Service area
The communities listed on our service area pages describe where we normally work. Naming a community is not a guarantee that we can reach every address in it, or reach it on a particular day. Access, distance and scheduling decide that, and we will tell you plainly when you call.
Links to other websites
We link to agencies, facilities and organizations where their own page is the best source. Those sites are not under our control. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of the organization, its content or its practices, and we are not responsible for what you find there.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemet Haul Pros LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on this website — including a wasted journey, a refused load, a missed deadline, or a cost that differs from a figure published here.
This disclaimer is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the work we actually perform for you, which is governed by our Terms & Conditions.
