How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

Six steps, the same whether it is one mattress or a four-bedroom house. The important one is the third: you know the price before anything moves.

  1. 01

You call, text or send photos

Tell us what needs to go, where you are, and when it has to be gone by. For most jobs a couple of photos is enough to price it without anyone driving out.

  2. 02

We size it against the truck

Junk removal is priced by the space a load occupies, not by the hour. We work out which fraction of a 15-cubic-yard truck your pile fills, and whether anything in it is heavy enough to price by weight instead.

  3. 03

You get a flat price, before we load

One figure covering the labor, the carry, every landfill and recycling fee and the sweep-up. If it does not work for you we leave, and you owe nothing — even if the crew has already arrived.

  4. 04

    We agree what stays

On a cleanout we walk the property with you first. Documents, photographs, jewellery and anything you have asked us to keep come out and stay with you before a single box is loaded.

  5. 05

    We do the lifting

Out of any room, on any floor, through side gates and down stair turns. Doorframes get padded, heavy items get dollied rather than dragged, and none of it changes the quoted price.

  6. 06

    Sorted, swept and signed off

The load is split at the truck for donation, recycling and landfill. We broom the space and walk it with you — or send photographs of it cleared if you were not there.

Contact & Scheduling Questions

What people ask before getting in touch — response times, quoting from photos, how soon we can collect and what to tell us.

Call Now

Usually not. For anything in a driveway, side yard, garage or storage unit we can quote from photos and confirm by text. We only need you there when the items are inside a locked property, or when it is a whole-house or estate job where you should walk it with us before anything is loaded.

Yes, and it is the fastest way. Two or three photos showing the whole pile from a distance, plus a close-up of anything unusual, is normally enough. What we cannot price from a photo is a whole property — for that we come out and walk it, which is free either way.

Within a couple of hours during working hours, seven days a week, and always the same day. Phone and text are the fastest routes; email is fine if you are sending several photos of a larger job.

Single items and small loads are usually same-day or next-day. Whole-property cleanouts typically go in the diary two to five days out so we can send the right size crew, though we will always tell you honestly what is open rather than promising a slot we cannot hold.

We work through it. Rain does not stop a haul, and it very rarely stops anything in this valley. The only weather that moves a job is high wind on a load that has to be tarped, and in that case we call you rather than turning up and improvising.

Hemet, San Jacinto, Valle Vista, East Hemet, Winchester, Homeland, Romoland, Nuevo, Sun City, Menifee and Perris with no travel surcharge. We also run to Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, Moreno Valley, Beaumont, Banning and Idyllwild. If you are just outside that, ask anyway — we often can.

Free and no obligation, including on-site visits. You get a flat figure before anything is loaded, and if it does not work for you the crew leaves and you owe nothing — even if they have already driven out. There is no follow-up sales pressure either.

Your address, roughly what needs to go, and when you need it gone by. Two things save a wasted trip: mention anything hazardous such as paint, chemicals or propane, and mention if the load includes soil, rock or concrete, since those are priced by weight rather than volume.
