Who we are
Hemet Haul Pros LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a junk removal and hauling business at 1300 N Juanita St, Hemet, CA 92543. We operate the website at junkremovalhemetpro.com and we are the business responsible for the information described in this policy.
This policy covers the website and the enquiries that come through it. It does not change any separate written agreement you have with us for work at your property.
Information you give us
Two forms on this site collect personal information, and both are entirely voluntary — you can read every page here without submitting anything.
- Contact form — your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field.
- Estimate request form — your name, email address, phone number, the property address, whether the property is residential or commercial, the services you need, your preferred timeline and any details you add.
If you call or text us instead, we hold your phone number and whatever you tell us, including any photographs of the load you send. Please do not send us documents, photographs or details you would not want us to have — a quote never requires financial information, an identity document or a payment card number, and we will not ask you for any of those through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send us to:
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Work out a price for the job you have described
- Schedule the pickup and reach you on the day, including a call before we arrive
- Keep a record of the work, in case you contact us about it later
That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote, we do not build a profile on you, and we do not sell, rent, share or trade your personal information. We have never sold personal information and we do not intend to.
Calls and text messages
Sending us your phone number — on a form, by text, or over the phone — is how we reach you about your job. We use it to quote, confirm and schedule, and to let you know when the crew is on the way. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not pass your number to anyone else for theirs.
Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard request logs. Vercel, our hosting provider, may record your IP address, browser and operating system, the pages requested, the time of the request and the referring page. These logs exist for security and for keeping the site running; we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
The analytics described in the next section also collect information about your visit automatically.
Services that process information for us
We keep the list of companies involved in running this site deliberately short. In full, it is:
- Vercel — hosting. Serves every page and keeps the request logs described above. Vercel privacy policy
- Resend — email delivery. When you submit a form, Resend transmits it to our inbox. It is the courier, not a destination: we do not use it to store or market to you. Resend privacy policy
- Google — Analytics, and the embedded map showing our service area. Google may set cookies within the map frame, which we do not control.
- Our email provider — your enquiry lands in an ordinary business inbox, where it stays for as long as section 8 describes.
None of these receives your information for its own marketing, and none of them is paid by us in exchange for your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Records we are required to keep for tax or insurance purposes — an invoice, for instance — are kept for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless one of those legal obligations applies to it. See section 10.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are relayed straight to our inbox: this website has no database, no customer login and no stored file of past enquiries for anyone to breach. Access to the inbox is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
No method of transmitting or storing information is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by California law.
Your rights, including under California law
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live. You may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold — the categories and the specific pieces of personal information we have about you, where it came from and why we have it
- Delete it — subject only to information we are legally required to keep
- Correct it — if something we hold about you is wrong
- Stop contacting you — withdraw your consent to calls, texts or emails at any time
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing here to opt out of under the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we will never treat you differently — refuse service, change a price — for exercising any of these rights.

Children
This website is intended for adults arranging work at a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to organizations we reference by name — the county waste department, landfills, donation centers, the city's franchised hauler. Those sites are not ours and their privacy practices are their own. We link to them because the information is useful, not because we have reviewed how they handle your data.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or who processes it changes, we update this page and the date on it before the change takes effect. The version you are reading is dated September 20, 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
